MINUTES
OF THE EXECUTIVE HELD
AT RHYL TOWN COUNCIL OFFICES ON
FRIDAY 20th June 2014 AT 10.30am
Present were:
Cllr D Hainge (Chair), Cllr B Bertola, Cllr J Butterfield (part), Cllr A Holloway,
Cllr J McLennan and Robert Robinson (Secretary).
1. Apologies for absence.
The meeting received apologies for absence from Cllr M Roberts and
Cllr T Renshaw.
2. Minutes of the last meeting
The meeting approved the minutes of the last meeting.
3. Agenda for the next quarterly Meeting
3.1 The meeting discussed and approved the agenda for the next quarterly meeting and the Annual Meeting to be held in Connah’s Quay.
3.2 The meeting discussed fees and meal costs and a recommendation is included in the main agenda.
3.3 The meeting asked that the subject matter content required by the membership is passed to the Annual Conference Meeting in advance.
4. Consultation on Web Sites and Information
The meeting considered a response for discussion at the next quarterly meeting and the answers shown in red are recommended by the Executive.
5. Fees and lunch costs for 2014-2015
The fees recommended to the Annual Meeting are:
Towns/Cities over 10,000 population £75pa.
Towns/Communities 5,0001 to 9,999 population £50pa.
Towns/Communities 4,999 and under population £35pa.
The meal cost recommended to the Annual Meeting is a rise to £15 per head.

The dates shown on the agenda for the Annual Meeting are accepted as correct.
